YOU ARE PURCHASING A PROTOTYPE and as such there will be a FINAL SALE policy until we begin full production. ALL SALES of Merchandise will be “final sale” and “as is”, and all advertisements and sales receipts will reflect the same.

It is no small thing to accept your money and we believe any paying customer is entitled to a certain level of expectations in exchange. Be advised, by purchasing any product from Rattle-Snaker you acknowledge that you are participating in what can best be described as a paid beta test. This product is still a developing prototype and not currently in mass production, stocks will be limited and designs may change over time as we refine our processes and develop new methods of production.
You can expect the product to work as described, and we will do what we can to correct any manufacturing defect within reason. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us with any complaints or concerns regarding your experiences with the Rattle-Snaker.
Returns and Refunds
We do not offer any standard return or refund policy. You shall consider any sale through this site to be a FINAL SALE. However, if you have an issue please contact us with details and we will work to resolve it to your satisfaction.
Exchanges
We will replace any item that arrives defective or damaged. If you need to exchange please contact us with details. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate replacement item and will endeavor to match your original order to the greatest extent possible.
