Been guiding for 11 years before I found out about the unique Rattle-Snaker. I absolutely love adding them to my ned rigs, dropshot rigs and even my trailers to my flipping jigs. The rattles are perfect in my opinion with a subtle cracking noise, under the water it’s even louder. These rattles have definitely put a couple tournament wins on the boat and a few extra fish that I don’t think would have bit without the rattles.

I stumbled across the Rattle Snaker and have been wanting to use rattles with my soft plastics for a while. This looked like a great tool. Ordering was simple and shipping was super quick. Yesterday I tried it for the first time and ended up with 6 bass on the day. The tool was simple to use and quick to insert the rattle and then hook the lure. I was using a 4.5” Bruko Work from Faymous Bait and Tackle. On its own this is a great lure but I believe the rattle definitely added a little more to it. Great product, great service and I look forward to using this to catch more fish.
Landed my second biggest Southern Black Bream (close relative to your sheep head) using the I/16 tungsten weight and a glass rattle hidden inside a Daiwa Baitjunkie Grub in Ayu, finished off with a size 2 Gamakatsu EWG.
The bite was very slow until I used the rattle, landing several good fish within quick succession.
Im in two minds, I want to tell the world about your product but it’s become a bit of a tournament secret weapon for me!!!
Absolutely love the products mate.

I can honestly say this product works, I throw a lot of soft plastics for tarpon at night. I went out the other night and was throwing a NLBN with a rattle and my buddy was throwing one without it and I ended up jumping 5 fish to his 1. The only difference was that I had a rattle in my NLBN. I use to attempt to add rattle to my soft plastics but they would fall out and take forever to get in. The rattle-snaker I may take 10 secs, it’s a tool I won’t go fishing without if I’m throwing artificials.

Wow Ray! A review like this, especially from a professional guide, just means so very much. Thank you kindly and please keep the feedback coming! Tight lines!
I always knock ’em dead when I use the Rattle-Snaker! Genius invention! The bass LOVE it!!!
Great to hear. Try 2 or 3 rattles in a Zoom Speed Worm or Z-Man Turbo Fattyz (my favorite) and hold on tight.
Great design and a idea is to add a pamphlet on places to place them in the lure might be a good idea.
Thank you James. We are working on some rigging videos now, but in the meantime you can see some very basic rigging ideas on the INSTRUCTIONS page CLICK HERE.

The first time I tried the rattle snaker out was in the Trinity Bay on the Gulf coast of Texas. I went head to head against my dad in two separate boats using the same artificial lures only I was using the rattles. I put a Red Fish, a trout, and a black drum in the boat within 30 minutes. My dad had no luck that morning until he started using the rattles. Since then my dad always uses them. We get great results in Galveston Bay, Trinity Bay, Moses Lake, Trinity River, and East Bay. All types of Texas fish are responding well to the rattles and the system is really easy to use even when the bay gets choppy. Highly recommend this kit and look forward to trying it out in Louisiana soon.
Thanks so much Brian. Your review makes me miss fishing in Texas. Send us a picture next time we love to see what’s biting! – Tight Lines!
The fall trout have showed up and I’m catching numbers with artificial lures. Firm believer the Rattle-Snaker has produced more fish in the boat. Been trolling a lot and that sound helps! Thanks again.

That’s great Chad! Something about the rattles inside a paddletail just rings that dinner bell. I use the Z-Man 3″ Minnowz (with a rattle) for redfish and trout all year long.

Always good to hear from a pro guide, especially in a totally different fishery from ours. Now I need to come to VT and catch my first smallmouth.
